WHOLESALE MINIMUM ORDER:
First order is $150 USD before shipping fees. Make sure you provide us with your re-sale number to be able to order wholesale. Re-orders are $100.00 USD before shipping charges.
We accept Visa, MC and Discover. Your credit card will be charged 2 days prior to shipment.
We ship via FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS. Shipping charges are prepaid by us and then added to your invoice. Standard shipping charges will apply. Call our office for fees to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and other countries. No discounts on shipping charges. We ship from Orem, Utah, USA. We ask that customers allow 2-5 days for shipping. No backorders. Even though you can shop our store 24/7, please remember our office is only open during normal business hours Monday-Friday 9-5 MST.
DAMAGES OR SHORTAGES:
Please report any damages or shortages to the shipping carrier AND to our office immediately upon arrival of goods. Email us at email@example.com.
Ammee & Co. abides by all national and international laws. We do not pay Customs, Duties or VAT on any product purchased through our website. These charges are not included in the price of our products. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to find out the laws in your own country and to pay all custom charges, duties or VAT. We will not falsify the customs document.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES:
All refunds, returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized by Ammee & Co. LLC within 10 working days from receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be unused and in resalable condition with the original packaging. Customer will be charge for returned shipping charges plus a 10% restocking fee.

Our name is on the box, we stand behind it 100%. Within the first 10 days after receiving your product, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, and we cannot resolve the problem, upon return of the product, we will refund the item's price only. Items must be in the same salable condition as when received. Customer will need to pay for return shipping fees to our warehouse. Please read our 'refunds, returns, and exchanges' policy above.
